3D Graphy Training Centre

The 3D Graphy Training Centre is a platform set up in Dental colleges, medical colleges, research institutes, prosthetics and orthotics colleges, and other institutions to benefit students conducting research and getting trained on the subjects of 3D printing, 3D scanning, 3D imaging, 3D simulation, 3D design, 3D software, and 3D visualization, i.e., AR and VR.

How does this work

In 3D printing, the first step is to make a virtual design of the desired object, and subsequently, the virtual design is made in a CAD file by using a 3D scanner or by obtaining a CT or MRI file of the patient. The next step is 3d modelling and design to further get the 3D file to print it; the 3D modelling software is then directed to the 3D printer to create the object layer by layer. It is a process of making 3D objects using plastic, metal and composite materials. There is a great deal of R & D going into the various materials to ensure it can be used for various requirements. And for medical sector the materials need to be biocompatible and approved by FDA. It is estimated that the global 3D printer and the service market for medical will grow at a CAGR of 29.8% during the period 2023-2028.

Hands - On : Complete 3D Technology Digital Process

Conversion of CT Scan image to Dicom file.
3D Design, 3D Modeling and 3D Segmentation.
Uploading the Dicom file in the 3D software.
Loading the STL file to the 3d machine for printing the model or implants.
3D Visualisation – Augmented & Virtual reality (Session content will vary with the specialisation Dental, Orthopedics, Cardiology and others)

3D Graphy Certified trainers will also be registered as a key consultant to work part time as channel partner for innovative solutions and promote a list of 3D technologies which include 3D Printers, 3D Imaging Solutions, 3D Scanners, 3D Software, 3D Visualisation – AR & VR and biocompatible materials registered with the 3D Graphy Consortium.
3D Graphy Trainers with the title as Channel Partner will be educated about the 3D products registered with 3D Graphy, 3D Product companies who are our Associate Partners. The products can be bought by the trainers for personal consumption or can be referred to other interested buyers for a referral fee. So a trainer also acts as a potential channel partner for the listed 3d technologies once referred and if bought by the client will get a a remuneration.
